I ordered some snow boots for $16.99 for my mom and paid extra for expedited delivery. The boots arrived more than two weeks after I ordered (so much for expedited delivery).
After many calls back and forth I was finally refunded the extra money I paid. Alas the boots were too big and had a tear so I returned them using their label. I asked for a refund and only $9.00 back. I called and was told that they deducted 7.99 for shipping.
So not only was I sent a pair of defective boots but I wax charged for returning a defective item. This company really stinks.
I told them after many many, years as a customer that I will do all my shopping on Amazon which offers free shipping and sells the EXACT items, often for less money. Save your money and go to a better company as their shipping is incredibly slow and return policies stink.
