A lot of the products are cheaply made & they don't keep good track of their orders.
I tried explaining my situation to an automated person. They were supposed to transfer me to a real person but I ended up getting hung up on. The call was to benefit Collections Etc.

I have been reimbursed on my last three orders because merchandise requested was out of stock. However, I have had to pay for the processing fees.
Why? Do not advertise if you do not have items in stock. Why charge processing fees if items will not be delivered? I informed the agent I talked to, to delete my name from your mailing list.
There are other similar companies. By the way, I did not apologize, no need to.

2 weeks later, never received anything. Reported it, had to call my credit card company, Collections tried to get more money out of me by allowing them to charge my credit card every month & never addressed my problem.
Plus, they never called me back.
These people are awful. BEWARE!!!

Don’t expect delivery . Once I found out they sent back to company and refunded money items were out of stock .
Well, evidently, they refunded the money for the order and did not even contact us to let us know that we were not going to be getting the order. There were things on there that we needed by the end of the month we could have re-ordered, but now they probably won't come in time.

- You cannot rely on them getting the order to you in time
