I ordered 13 wreaths for my front windows. The next day, I received an email from Patty Krase saying that they can only ship 5 as they "limit quantities" at times.

I emailed back saying that this is unacceptable. Called and spoke with a woman who "fixed it" by breaking the order into 5, 5 and 3... It was about $20 more. 1st rip off...

Then Patty Krase emailed back no canceled my entire order!!! Called and spoke with "supervisor" Eddie ID #1383211. Who was a total joke and said there is nothing he can do to help. This company lost a custome that has ordered plenty of terrible junk over the years.

She yourself the aggravation and Watste of money. The items are typically way worse than they look on the website any way.

This company has ruined 3 days for me. Will not waste any more time on them.
