Collections Etc - Charged & delivered something I did not order
I wanted to order a fiber optic butterfly basket except when I went to finalize the order, It came up " out of stock". So then I ordered a fiber optic lavender basket.
The next day they mailed the butterfly basket to me. When I called customer service & told them what happened & the order was never finalized, they argued that it had been. When I asked to speak to a manager, they put me on hold & left me there. They are thee worst & rudest customer service.
I have ordered a lot of things from them & gave them great reviews because I had never had to complain about anything. I refused the order & the post office took it back & notified them about it & they were suppose to issue me a refund then. I called them today about the refund & they said I would only get the price of the item & not the shipping cost or tax.
It`s my understanding that a refund includes the tax as it has always been on any refund I have gotten. They have lost a
good customer & will never order from them again.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $6.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
