Terrible condition of packaging

Had to return jacket didnt fit and could barely use the packaging it arrived in. Expensive return charge so wont order again from you.

I placed an order in May 2021 for three flag holders and two flags: one with the chocolate Lab and one with the Beagle. The holders made it, the flags never did arrive.

I called twice regarding the flags non-arrival to no avail; I called about sending the three (3) flag holders back since flags never arrived. When I called about returning the items, it took them a long time to send me the return label. I finally was able to return the flag holders and stated I wanted a full refund for all, including the two flags that never arrived.
After calling and complaining about the progress of my refund, each time I was assured the refund was coming to me in a check/money order. THAT NEVER HAPPENED!

Here it is, January 2022 and I WANT MY FULL REFUND in DOLLARS, NOT CERTIFICATE!

Ninety days passed with the return and I was told they would issue basically an in-store credit; none would have been late in a return had the company resolved all this promptly, rather than lie to me and drag this issue out.
Until this is settled, I can not recommend Collections Etc. to anyone.

Cancellation and return fee

Placed an order at 4pm. At 8pm on the same day, wished to cancel. Could not be completed. I would need to pay $10.99 to return. The delivery time is slow. Please,take my word,skip Collections!

Dissatisfied with sizing of quilts!!! With thicker sized mattresses, king size quilts 86x102 not long enough.

MAKE QUILT SIZES LARGER TI ACCOMMODATE THICKER MATTRESSES!!! I have drawers at bottom of a king sized bed. I LOVE your spring/summer quilts bus they are TOO SHORT!!!

Return coat and no information since

I returned a USA jacket for a larger size. It was delivered according to UPS and their report contains the name of the person who received it. I called customer service several times they claim they have not received it. I have received no response from anyone on my issue. I'm hoping someone will contact me now If no one does I"m this to the Better Business bureau. The local TV station their always looking for stories like this and the local police there. I'm hoping I don't have to do any of that. Someone there will be able to help me.

I ordered the lighted snowman, item#48675 sometime in November. The item will not stay lit, it may have a short. When I called your 800 number, the woman on the phone said she couldnt help me without the order # which I do not have. Below is my info: Linda Ibex 544 Uniontown Rd. Missing refund check

I spoke to someone on January 12, 2022 about an order sent on 11-15, 2021. My check was cashed on 11-22, 2021. I realized I hadn't heard anything and called on 1-12, 2022. The person I spoke with told me the things I ordered were no longer available. My first question is why were these things not sent when the check was cashed??? and where is my refund check??? I was told it would nbe sent out the day I spoke with the person from your customer service.

i purchased three runner rugs like one i had purchased a year ago because i loved the pattern. Trouble is they were shipped folded with a fold about every 12 inches i put them on the floor in the hall - they were so wrinkled i WAS pissed at that moment. So i loaded them down with heavy books which i walked on hoping the weight would remove the fold marks- when that didnt work after a couple of days i tried using a steam iron. Nothing worked so i rolled them back up and left nothing on the hall floor christmas eve and christmas day. I think that they would have been fine had they been shipped wrapped around a solid cone of some kind??! you might want to talk to the shipper in the future!

My order was rec'd by you by November 2, 2021. With several items that needed to be reshipped by me to other parts of the country prior to Christmas. Leaving , what I thought , was ample time to do so. There was little to no communication for a month. I started phoning. Every day. My order finally arrived to me on December 9! 5 weeks later! Merchant never provided order confirmation or receipt for payment received from PayPal yesterday despite numerous requests. Simply stated that order is being held. No reason why. Wanting to cancel order and have money refunded immediately. Checked with PayPal. Money was sent yesterday to collections etc. please remit refund immediately. Never had so much trouble with your company. Being run by internet scammers now. What a shame. Refund please. You were reported to the FBI on an IC-3 form. B
