You sent item i didnt order

You sent me an item i did not order by mistake. I called and you sent the right item. In order to return the item i dont want i was told it would cost me 11 dollars to get a return label. That is a about what the item cost. Why do i have to pay for your mistakes? Until now have been satisfied. Guess i wont be ordering again.

Was sent item I didn't order. They did seND right oNE but in order to return wrong one I was told it would cost me 11 dollars for return label. That's about what item cost. If I have to pay for their mistakes I will not order from them again.

I placed an order on January 19th for a Toilet Safety Frame. The women told me you people were having some kind of problem with ordering. She said did you want and place the order any way. I said yes. She said she would send me a confirmation # which I haven't received! I would like to know if you people are going to send me this order; if you aren't, take it off my credit card. I need a response.

I am disappointed at not receiving any response from Collections, Etc.

I have been a customer for years and cannot imagine what has happened for them to completely ignore my messages. I noticed that neither their customer service email nor phone numbers appears to be working.

The messages state that it is temporary or that the system is being updated. It has been 3 weeks of trying to reach someone.

Until I am sure that they are still operating, I will not be ordering again.

Preferred solution: I would like a refund for the bracelet I did not receive. I ordered from another company. So $14.99 plus tax and partial handling fee. An apology and explanation would also be appropriate.

User's recommendation: Be cautious. I'm not sure they are still in business. No response from emails or phone calls.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. the order was delivered in good condition despite no shipping confirmation email was received.

I would order again but suggest better communication with customers. Thank you.

I don't quite understand how a company could be doing a system upgrade for almost 2 weeks and not one person is in Customer Service to answer questions. I placed an order on Jan 13th, recived an email confirmation with Order #2249****; however my Paypal account has now been debited $51.33 on Jan 25th with no shipping notice emailed to me. when I try to phone, still a recording. I am hoping that the debit is a sign that my order is shipped but I would like a confirmation before I stop payment. Reading many complaints online for the same reason.Please just respond to your customers. thank you

User's recommendation: Situation resolved. Although no shipping email was sent, I received my order yesterday in good order. The communication should have been better if the company was having issues, but I would buy from them again.

TJust paid order and it has wrong shipping

Tried to contact collections to tell them they had wrong shipping address they said they could not find the order it has been delivered to wrong address instead of sending emails I can respond to it's shows up in scam mail have always had good results with this company don't know what has happened but I probably won't order anything else from them they had no problem deducting payment from my bank account but now can't find a record of my order

Not able to get a refund for delivered to wrong address

I placed an order, and it came to 85.40. after I placed the order I saw it had the wrong address on the order.

I tried to change it, but the system would not let me. I called not 5 min after placing the order and asked to cancel the order I was told it was too late. I called and e-mailed to get this corrected and nothing happened, no help. Palpal also tried to get my reimbursement, but there was no help there.

order #2238****, Dec 3, 2023. transaction ID 6P780860PX533****. My next step is to contact my credit card.

I didn't want to do that. I have been a customer for a long time, and if I don't get reimbursed for this I will never order again.

Questions about return

Never got to talk to anyone. I send back a package and would like to know when the charge will be off my credit card. It was sent back the 9th of January. Cost me 18 dollars to ship it back.
